Primary suite

King bed, premium bedding, a Smart TV, and its own door to the patio. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity. If someone in your group needs the quiet room, this is it.

Primary bathroom

Soaking tub under the window, walk-in shower, and a double vanity stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 — queen

Queen bed, generous closet, Smart TV, and mountain light through the window. Shares the hall bathroom.

Bedroom 3 — queen

A near-mirror of Bedroom 2, which makes the pair ideal for two couples traveling together.

Bedroom 4 — the bunk room

Three twin beds including a bunk. Kids claim it on arrival; on adult trips it's the friends-who-don't-mind-sharing room.

Bedroom 5 — bonus room

A carpeted, otherwise empty room that flexes with your group: a queen and a twin self-inflating air mattress are provided, and this is where the Graco Pack 'N Play crib lives — a quiet nursery for families with infants.

Two guest bathrooms

Both full baths with walk-in showers, stocked like the primary. Three bathrooms for twelve people means the morning line moves.

Kitchen

Full-size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Complete cookware, knives, bakeware, and serving pieces. Island seating for the grazers, and dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started.

Dining and breakfast nook

A dining table for the whole group plus a breakfast nook looking onto the golf course. Two places to eat means breakfast and the card game don't compete for the table.

Living room

A large sectional facing the main Smart TV, open to the kitchen and dining and looking straight out to the pool. Log into your own streaming accounts; high-speed WiFi covers the whole property.

Laundry

Full-size washer and dryer with starter detergent. Essential for festival weekends and long stays.

Garage and EV charging

Private garage parking plus driveway space. The Tesla Wall Connector delivers up to 11.5 kW / 48 amps — about 25 to 44 miles of range per hour — and works with other EVs via a J1772 adapter (bring your own — not provided). Complimentary. Beside the house, a concrete pad takes an RV, trailer, or oversized vehicle that won't fit the garage or driveway; there are no hookups.
